The accommodation is close to the scenic Meanwood Valley Trail, with views on to Meanwood Valley Urban Farm, ideal if you want to explore greener parts of the city by bike or on foot. You can also easily stock up on essentials with supermarkets within walking distance or a short bus ride away. The accommodation offers secure cycle storage, and students without their own bike can take advantage of the free-of-charge cycle hire.
Leeds Arts University students are offered the choice of single or double en-suite bedrooms in shared flats, with all bills including superfast WiFi, and TVs in the shared lounge/kitchen area.

How to book your accommodation
We work with two local accommodation providers, Carr Mills and The Leather Works, both within walking distance of our Blenheim Walk site.
If you book your accommodation through the University you will receive a preferential room rate.
We guarantee a place for all first-year students at Carr Mills or The Leather Works accommodation, providing that you firm accept your place and complete the booking process by 11 June 2025. Please note that whilst we guarantee a place within accommodation, the room type and location is subject to availability at time of booking.*
The majority of our accommodation is offered to first year students on our undergraduate degree courses, but we also have rooms available for Foundation Diploma and postgraduate students.

Accommodation booking is accessible to applicants who have accepted their offer of a place at Leeds Arts University. Once you accept your place the Admissions team will be in touch via email with a link to our Accommodation Request Form.
Once you have completed this form, we will forward your information to the accommodation provider. They will then be in touch with you via email with information about how to secure your room.
Whilst we facilitate the booking process, please be aware that any contractual agreement is between you and the accommodation provider.
We encourage you to book your room once you feel confident that Leeds Arts University is the right choice for you.
Please ensure you, and your guarantor carefully read your tenancy agreement so that you fully understand the cancellation clauses within the agreement.
*Due to the high demand for accommodation, applicants who do not complete the provider booking process within the time stated above, risk their room being reallocated to another applicant.
