Pat Bradbury is a senior lecturer on the BA (Hons) Illustration course. His research practice considers the use of prompts and provocations in order to facilitate ideas generation and creative play. This has been informed through research projects conducted as a part of a PGCE at Goldsmiths University and MA in Creative Practice at Leeds Arts University.
As well as his teaching practice, Pat maintains an independent studio and freelance illustration practice, activating research through workshop facilitation. He has run workshops at The Brighton Illustration Fair, Pick Me Up Graphic Arts Festival and International Illustration Meeting of S. João da Madeira and uses these experiences to develop a collaborative and critical pedagogy.
